2. ESSAY 2 (maximum 1 page, double spaced)
Based on your professional achievements, what could you contribute to the MBA community at UC Irvine? What dimensions of your professional experience do you believe will add value to the MBA community at UC Irvine?
3. ESSAY 3 (maximum 1 page, double spaced)
Describe a time, preferably work-related, where you exercised your leadership/managerial skills to overcome an obstacle or creatively solve a situation, and as a result, achieved a successful outcome.
